Andrew Carter is an Associate at McMahan & Carroll. Andrew has focused his practice on medical malpractice, pharmacy malpractice, elder abuse, products liability, general liability, personal injury, and medical device litigation.

 

Andrew graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2016 with a B.A in History. Andrew went on and received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2019. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew’s practice included the defense of public entities, hospitals, nurses, and healthcare professionals. Andrew has participated in and successfully represented clients in multiple high-profile cases. Such cases include four Division One NCAA Football concussion cases in Southern California, litigation involving clients within the NFL, as well as the highly publicized Jahi McMath and Ailee Jong Wrongful Death cases. Andrew has extensive expertise in both medical and general liability fields.

 

Andrew was admitted to the California State Bar in 2019 and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California.
